We have introduced a postal bookkeeping service for Clients based all over the UK. This service is ideal for small to medium businesses that don’t require services of a bookkeeper on their premises and have limited amount of transactions to process.
How does it work?
Every month or week (depending on your business size) you would fill the pre-addressed envelopes sent to you by MBS Bookkeeping Services with the following paperwork.
- Sales Invoices
- Purchases Invoices
- Bank Statements
- Petty Cash
- Cash Book Transactions
Alternatively, we would accept paperwork scanned and emailed to our business email for processing.
Your paperwork is processed and sent back with the revelant reports within 7 days of receipt.
You will receive the follow reports if required:-
- Balance Sheet
- Profit and Loss
- Trial Balance
- Aged Creditors
- Aged Debtors
These reports allow you to have up to date financial information to hand and therefore know how your business is performing etc.
Plus one self assessment will be completed (included in package price).
Costs
For Sole Traders a monthly fee starting from £50.00, Partnerships from £65.00. (VAT returns and CIS reporting are additional costs).

To ensure that we provide you with an accurate quote, please state on the contact form approximately how many transactions your business is likely to have during a year e.g. up to 1000, up to 2000.
